Why isn't my discount available in POS or Online Ordering?
There are a few reasons a discount may not be available on your POS or Online Ordering:
If the issue isn't resolved and the availability dates for the discount are blank, you can try adding a currently active start and end date.
Be sure that your promo code search feature is enabled, as well. This can be enabled by navigating to Front of house in the left-hand navigation rail in Toast Web > Order screen setup > toggle on Promo code search.
If your buy-one-get-one (BOGO) discount isn’t working properly, check the discount code’s date range configuration, as well as the maximum, minimum, and required applicable items.
If you've checked your discount settings and it still isn't working, try deleting the discount and recreating it as a final troubleshooting step.
Additionally, note that you cannot configure a discount to only be applied on a future order.
