What are the customer deadlines for changing W2 information?

The lockout for amending tax documents is usually 3 business days after the last day of the quarter. After quarter lockout, any changes in Toast Payroll for the previous quarter will not be included on the tax filing. Any changes to wages and/or SSNs after these dates will require amendments. Any paychecks dated within a calendar quarter (regardless of the pay-period ending date) should be included in that quarter's tax filings.
