Why am I getting the error message "Please refresh the page. It seems like the payroll has changed in the background"?
This error message most commonly results when two or more users are using Toast Payroll at the same time and are working on or editing the same page. There are other scenarios where this error code appears too.
To resolve this error, refresh the page you're on. After refreshing, review the page to discover what data may have changed. You may also have to re-enter any data that was not saved, such as a text field on the page.
