Toast Payroll: Delete an Employee Profile

Can I delete a Toast Payroll employee profile?

Customers are not able to delete employee profiles, even if they do not have any timesheets or payroll records attached. Terminating an employee in Toast Payroll will remove all access to Toast Payroll with the exception of the employee's paystubs and year-end documents (e.g Form W-2 and Form-1095). Toast Payroll termination will also remove the employee's Toast Web, xtraCHEF, and MyToast access (if applicable).

If an individual has two or more duplicate profiles, you can ask Toast Payroll to remove one of them by selecting the blue chat button in the lower-right corner of any Toast Payroll page.
