Before going through the Replacement Shop request process, please troubleshoot your device first to ensure that it is eligible. Performing these steps will also help you resolve your issue accurately and quickly.
Replacement orders submitted through the Replacement Shop go through the same process as RMA’s submitted through a Toast Representative. The Replacement Shop Request can save you time by not having to call into Toast. To check the status of your Replacement order:
