Why can't I install the Support application on my Elo tablet to finish the firmware update?

The Android system settings of your Elo tablet may prevent the installation of apps from unknown sources. You must change this setting to download the Support Application that is required to install the firmware update package.
 

To allow the installation of apps from unknown sources on an Elo tablet: 

1. On your Elo tablet, navigate to Android Settings > Security.
2. Check the setting of the Unknown Sources option:
   • If the option has a checkmark next to it, your tablet is already configured to allow firmware updates to install properly. No changes are required. 
   • If the option does not have a check mark, select the Unknown Sources option and then select OK on the confirmation prompt.
