With xtraCHEF Pro, food cost management reporting and analytics make it easy for operators to make sense of their books and shave percentage points off their prime costs. xtraCHEF is recommended for inventory management of prepared food and drinks, tracking ingredient-level inventory and mapping them to menu items in Toast. The ingredient inventory quantities live in xtraCHEF only, which means inventory status is not communicated to additional systems outside of xtraCHEF.
