What cables do I need to purchase for my Elo Guest-Facing Display (GFD) screen?
If you have a damaged cable connecting your Elo device to its GFD screen, a new cable must be purchased in order to restore functionality.
There are two types of cables used to connect your Elo device to its GFD screen.
The best way to determine which cable you need is to use the images below and compare this cable to what you currently are using.
Once you've determined which cable is needed, you can choose the color and length. GFD direct attach will need a shorter cable, while a GFD on-counter will need a longer cable.
Note: Toast is no longer selling these cables. You'll need to purchase these cables from a third party. Toast is not responsible for any cables or devices that were not purchased directly through Toast.
