Bikky Integration Features

The new Bikky integration is now live in the Toast Shop, helping you turn guest data into a powerful marketing tool.

Bikky automatically pulls valuable guest information directly from Toast, allowing you to easily understand who your most loyal and valuable guests are. You can organize your customer data by how frequently they visit, how much they spend, and when they last came in

Leverage this data to create targeted, automated marketing campaigns on platforms like Mailchimp, Facebook, and Delighted to increase guest frequency and drive revenue.

Enable Bikky Integration With Toast

To enable the Bikky integration with Toast, follow these steps:

1. To enable Bikky with Toast, log into  and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
2. Enter Bikky in the search field and select Add Now.
   
    
   
   
   1. If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Bikky. Finally, select Apply.
   2. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see .
3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. See the  article for more information.

Configure Bikky in Toast Web

1. Once you select Add Now on the Bikky tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your Bikky account, and select Apply
2. After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen.
3. After adding the integration in Toast Web, the Bikky team will reach out to you directly to start your account setup and onboarding if you have yet to create your Bikky account.
