Get Started With the UKG Integration

Learn how to set up the UKG integration with Toast.

To use this integration, each location requires the following:

  • Access to Toast Partner Integrations through the Restaurant Management Suite. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
  • This integration is exclusively available for environments utilizing UKG Pro Workforce Management or the UKG Full Suite. The standalone UKG Pro or UKG Ready environments are not currently supported.
  • Additionally, the UKG integration is available as a specialized add-on for $25 per location, per month.

Enable UKG Integration With Toast

To enable the UKG integration with Toast, follow these steps:

 

  1. To enable UKG with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter UKG in the search field and select Learn More.
    1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  3. You will be redirected to Toast Shop for UKG. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Add to Cart > Continue to Checkout to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
  4. Once you select Continue to Checkout in the bottom right of your screen, you can edit location(s) and select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your UKG account.
  5. After you select the Complete purchase option, the integration will be enabled.
    • Kindly reach out to your UKG rep to start your account setup and onboarding if you have not yet created your UKG account.
