The Toast/Yelp for Restaurants integration will help improve your operational efficiency and deliver a better guest experience.
- Automatically updating table status to check paid frees up the host’s time to focus on hospitality, effortlessly stay on top of floor state, and promptly notify the next party to be seated, improving the waitlist algorithm.
- Guest book data integration adds spend and visit data to guest profiles which can be used in an on-premise guest experience (personalized dining experience and menu item recommendations) and off-premise guest experience (such as targeted marketing + promotions and operational changes based on trends surfaced).
Enable the Yelp for Restaurants Integration With Toast
