Note: A Toast account with access to the Catering & Events Pro module is required. To log in to the app and manage your restaurant’s events, your Toast Web user account must have either the 4. Restaurant Admin or 6. Web Setup access permission is assigned to your job or profile.

- View and manage upcoming events with clear, actionable timelines. An overview screen will display today’s catering orders, new leads, and past due invoices, with the ability to see more details right in the app.
- Communicate seamlessly with guests and staff using built-in messaging. You’ll be able to view, create, and reply to discussions for leads and catering orders.
- Track event status and payment details in real time.
- Utilize a calendar view with a date selector to view daily agendas.
- Restaurants using Toast Multilocation Management (MLM) will be able to use a location drop-down to view event information at any location they have access to.
