What is Form W-3 and where can I find it in Toast Payroll?

Form W-3 is a summary of all employee data on each Form W-2. This form is filed electronically for each FEIN by Toast Payroll. To find your Form W-3, follow these steps:

1. In , navigate to Reports > Tax Filing.
2. Toggle the Year and FEIN if necessary, then select the blue arrow button for the W3 Report.
3. You may not see any information on this form if you run it before Q1 taxes are filed for a particular year.
