BarTrack Integration Overview 

BarTrack offers Toast customers a powerful way to monitor draft beverages, reduce waste, and increase revenue. Our system uses special sensors and an app that work directly with your Toast sales data. This allows you to easily manage inventory, ensure drink quality, and track any losses. By comparing what's poured with what's sold through Toast, BarTrack gives you actionable insights to cut costs and improve your bottom line.

Enable BarTrack Integration With Toast

  1. To enable the BarTrack integration with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter BarTrack in the Search field and select Add Now.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the Data Scope Visibility article. If you have multiple locations, select from the drop-down menu.
    • Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more about Toast Partner Integrations, see this Support Center article: Set Up Toast Partner Integrations
  4. Once completed, a representative from BarTrack will contact you within one business day to assist you with the onboarding process. The onboarding process may take between three to four weeks, depending on your customization needs.
