Can I update multiple employee IDs in Toast Web at once?

No, at this time it's not possible to bulk update employee IDs in Toast Web. The Employee ID field can be used to link to the ID for external systems (like payroll). If you use Toast Payroll, see this article for instructions on how to edit a single employee's ID number: Toast Payroll: Employee Number and POS Access Code FAQ. If you don't use Toast Payroll, you can edit an individual employee's Employee ID by navigating to the Employees page in Toast Web and searching for that specific employee. If you're having difficulty updating an employee ID, and this is not due to the employee having a duplicate and/or archived profile at the same or another location, please contact Customer Care.
