Toast Payroll: Create Task Lists for Employees

Can I create task lists for my employees? Or is there a way to message them through Toast, or leave important notes?

While we don’t offer a way to create task lists for your employees, there are two pages in Toast Web where you can communicate important messages to your employees:

• Navigate to Front of house > Order screen setup > UI options > enter your message in the Additional Text field. Any text you enter will appear underneath your restaurant logo on the POS Login Screen.
• Navigate to Front of house > POS notifications > Send notifications. You can narrow down your notification delivery to a specific restaurant, device type, and/or employees who fit the selected job profile.
