Is it possible to set different tip option percentages for digital receipts and online ordering, or do they have to be the same?
No. Suggested tip percentages are configured in one place and apply everywhere tipping is enabled. The Customize Tip Percentages setting on the UI options page applies to Toast Online Ordering, digital receipts for dine-in orders, and every other source where tipping is turned on — there is no per-order-source override and no separate online ordering tip ladder. If you change your percentages to better suit online orders, the same values will also be shown to your dine-in guests. See Configure Digital Receipts.
