Can jobs or secondary jobs be set up with default rates in Toast Payroll?
Since the list of available jobs is maintained in Toast Web, you'll adjust the job's settings in Toast Web rather than Toast Payroll. In order to assign a default rate to a job, open Toast Web and navigate to Employees > Employee management > Jobs. Select a Job Title and add or edit the value in Default Pay. Make sure to Save and Publish your changes. This information should sync to Toast Payroll instantly, but you may need to refresh your page and/or restart the "add a job" process in Toast Payroll to see the changes.
