How do I view the Z Report for previous days?

• How do I view the Z Report for previous days?
• I'm unable to view the Z Report on the terminal for previous days. What should I do?

You can view Z Reports directly on your POS for the current business week by selecting Close Out Day under the Manager Activities section of the Toast POS main menu. In order to change the date, select the overflow menu (three dots) in the upper-right-hand corner of the Close Out Day report and select Change date. 

Note: Your restaurant's business week (e.g., Monday-Sunday or Wednesday-Tuesday) is uniquely configured. For instance, if your business week is set from Wednesday to Tuesday, on a Wednesday morning, the Z Report from the previous day (Tuesday) will not be available on the POS because it falls into the prior business week.

For complete access to all your Z Reports from any period, simply log in to Toast Web. You'll find them available as sales reports.
