Yes, you can mark a catering order as tax-exempt. Before an order is paid, you can check the Mark Order as Tax Exempt box under the list of items on the order.
Note: It can not be marked tax-exempt, nor can you remove tax-exemption after the check is paid.

There is no menu visibility setting. Menus are only set within Menu Management on the Catering Online Ordering page.

We offer only one delivery radius, but you can adjust it by navigating to Catering & events > Delivery setup > Delivery area. This will allow you to avoid waterways, highways, town lines, etc.
Your dine-in checks may be appearing on your Catering calendar because you have Dine-In selected from the drop-down menu.
