Create Marketing Materials for Your Restaurant

Restaurants using Toast Online Ordering can create physical marketing materials to encourage guests to order directly from the restaurant’s Toast online ordering page, rather than third-party delivery platforms. These customizable flyers can be printed for on-site distribution or included in delivery bags. Each flyer can feature a QR code and an optional (but recommended) offer to incentivize guests to order directly in the future. You can also feature a QR code advertising ordering direct through your Toast Online Ordering on your third-party ordering receipts. To create your flyer:

1. Navigate to Toast Web > Takeout & Delivery > Grow your online orders.
2. Select Promote your online ordering with flyers.
3. On this page, you can fully customize your flyer content and settings by filtering through the tabs on the Content, Styles, Sizing, and Settings tabs on the left side of your screen. You can also use AI Content Assist if you would like fully customizable content suggestions based on your restaurant details.
4. If you would like to add a promotional offer to your flyer, toggle on the recommended Promotional offer setting in the Content tab, select if you'd like to Use an Existing Promotion or Create a New Promotion, and then select Launch Offer Creation. From here, you can configure whether this new offer applies to only delivery orders or all direct online orders.
   1. Note: This is the only location in ToastWeb where a delivery-only promo offer can be configured.

You can choose to self-print your flyers or professionally print your flyers with our printing partner. To self-print your flyers:

1. Select the blue Print button in the top right corner when you are happy with your flyer.
2. Select the number of copies per page, and make sure to review the recommended print settings per option selected by selecting the dropdown menu in the light blue tip box. 
3. Select Print again. 
4. Review your computer’s pop-up print settings and ensure they match the recommended print settings for the copies per page option you selected in step five. 
5. Select Print again per your computer prompts.
   
   

If you choose to print with our printing partner, select the white Print With Partner button in the top right corner. You will be brought to a new page in your browser to complete your print order. You will need to create an account with Conquest Graphics, our printing partner, to complete your order. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email from Conquest Graphics to approve the proof of your design before they will ship your flyers. If the flyer looks good, select I approve my proof and Submit to allow them to begin printing your order.

If something on the flyer is incorrect, select There are changes to the file. I will submit new art. Navigate back to Toast Web to edit your proof as needed, download it as a PDF again, and resubmit this new art on your existing print order with Conquest Graphics. Do not create a new print order. You will receive another email to approve your proof, and you can follow these steps until the proof is to your liking.
