Credit Card Processing Rate

These fees are also commonly called "merchant fees" or the "merchant discount rate." They're the same charges shown under the Rate column on your processing statement.

To find your credit card processing rate, follow these steps:
 

1. In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Payments > Processing statements.
2. Depending on the timing of your search, use the date drop-down menu to select either This Month or Last Month and select Update.
3. When you've found your most recent credit card statement, select the download icon on the left side of the screen.
4. This document will display each type of credit card rate you're paying under the Rate column. Keyed rates indicate orders paid when a card was not present, such as online orders or Toast Pay.
