How do I disable printing the guest copy of the receipt?

Answer

For online orders, you can customize which payment receipts are printed automatically. 

  1. Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Takeout & delivery > Availability > Takeout/delivery.
  2. Scroll down to Receipt Printing > Payment receipts.
  3. Uncheck Customer Copy.
  4. Save and publish your changes.
