Disable Digital Receipts for Guest-Facing Display

• How can I disable digital receipts for my guest-facing display?
• How do I turn off my guest-facing display for closing credit cards?

To set up digital receipts:

1. From the main menu of the Toast POS app, select Device Setup from the Setup section.
2. Select Digital Receipts.
3. Select No, don't use digital receipts.
4. Select Save.

If you do not see the digital receipts option, navigate to Finance > Related > Settings > Payment Options. Under the Cash section, select Set Up Digital Receipts for a walkthrough of all necessary Toast Web settings.

If you turn off digital receipts, all guest receipts will be printed. This setting can be changed on your terminal at any time.
