Enable or Disable the Auto Clock-Out Feature

• How do I turn the auto clock-out feature on or off?
• How do I enable/disable auto clock-out?
• Can I stop my employees from being automatically clocked-out? Can my Online Ordering Server stay clocked in all the time?

If you want to adjust the auto clock-out feature, contact Customer Care.

The auto clock-out setting applies to all employees. At this time, you are not able to limit this option to just one employee (such as the Online Ordering Server).

If you'd like to change the time when auto clock-out takes place, you can also do this by contacting Customer Care. This is called the Business Day Cut-Off.
