How do I troubleshoot the error message "Looks like something has changed, the Payroll Status is Invalid for this type of Action. Please refresh the page and try again."?
Some customers may receive this error when their payroll is not posted in time. As it turns out, refreshing the page and attempting to submit payroll again will not resolve this error code.
An HR+ user needs to contact Toast Payroll Customer Care and reference this error message in order to adjust the check date or pay cycle of the payroll calendar. This will allow you to successfully post/submit this payroll.
