I got the error message "You cannot post this payroll as it does not have a bank account tied to it. Please contact support to add the appropriate bank account." What do I do to fix this?
Toast Payroll customers will encounter this error when they try to submit a payroll without a bank account on-file to fund this payroll. To troubleshoot this error, Toast Payroll requires two pieces of information: a Bank Account Update form and a voided check. Once both are provided to us via the blue chat dot in the lower-right corner of any Toast Payroll page, give us two to three business days to confirm the information and update your account. We'll reach out to you once these steps are complete and you'll be able to submit payroll at that time.
