Boxie Integration Features

Boxie Smartlockers provide secure, contactless food pickup. These modular, AI-powered lockers automate the order handoff process for your restaurant and integrate seamlessly, allowing customers to retrieve orders instantly using a touchscreen or their smartphone.

Enable Boxie Integration With Toast

To enable the Boxie integration with Toast, follow these steps:

 

  1. To enable Boxie with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter Boxie in the search field and select Add Now.
    1. If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Boxie. Finally, select Apply.
    2. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
  4. Once you select Add Now on the Boxie tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your Boxie account, and select Apply
  5. After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen.
  6. After adding the integration in Toast Web, the Boxie team will reach out to you directly to start your account setup and onboarding if you have yet to create your Boxie account.
