Nash Integration Key Features

    Take control of your deliveries with smart dispatch strategies. Reduce costs and drive the best outcomes for your team and customers. With Nash, you can always dispatch the best delivery provider for the job based on cost, distance, reliability score, custom ranking and weighting, and more.

     

    • Manage and track your deliveries in one place. With Nash, you can monitor all your delivery orders from Toast and any order source in a single view and track all deliveries in a real-time map view, regardless of delivery provider.
    • Keep your brand center-stage with a better customer experience. With Nash you can send custom email or SMS notifications to your customers with a branded tracking real-time link, giving you the platform to own your content and build loyalty. 
    • Ability to view all deliveries (with internal fleets and third-party fleets) in one dashboard 
    • Orchestrate order overflow from internal fleets to third-party fleets during times of order influx (i.e. weekends, holidays, etc.) 

     


    You can now easily integrate Nash on Toast Web.

    Integration Setup & Onboarding: Nash

    To complete the Integration, please follow the steps listed below:

     

    1. To enable Nash with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
    2. Enter "Nash" in the Search field and select Add Now.
      • If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Nash. Finally, select Apply.
    3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
    4. After adding the integration in Toast Web, Nash will be notified about the connection.
      • Toast also recommends you reach out to the vendor/partner after adding a tile to confirm the receipt of your integration request.

    Onboarding Process

    After you add the tile in Toast Partner Connect, Nash will automatically send you an email containing the Nash signup form. Additionally, a Nash sales representative will reach out to you within the same day.

    • New customers are required to complete the Nash signup process, while existing customers can simply download the Nash tile and link their current Nash account to the Toast integration.
    • For assistance, Nash customer support is available to help existing customers set up their accounts with the Toast integration.
