Get Started With the Paylocity Integration

Learn how to set up the Paylocity integration with Toast.

This integration is only available for Paylocity's Time & Labor product.

To use this integration, each location requires the following:

  • Access to Toast Partner Integrations through the Restaurant Management Suite. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
  • Additionally, the Paylocity integration is available as a specialized add-on for $25 per location, per month.

Enable Paylocity Integration With Toast

To enable the Paylocity integration with Toast, follow these steps:

 

  1. To enable Paylocity with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter Paylocity in the search field and select Learn More.
  3. You will be redirected to Toast Shop for Paylocity. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Add to Cart > Continue to Checkout to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
  4. Once you select Continue to Checkout in the bottom right of your screen, you can edit location(s) and select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your Paylocity account.
  5. After you select the Complete purchase option, the integration will be enabled.
    • Kindly reach out to your Paylocity rep to start your account setup and onboarding if you have not yet created your Paylocity account.
