By integrating directly with your Toast POS, you can manage and publish your menus in one place—instantly reaching millions of users on the Untappd app. Join a global community of 15,000 bars and breweries using our platform to drive foot traffic, promote events, and get discovered by local fans.

 

Untappd for Business is making menu management easier for customers. With their new Toast integration, Untappd for Business now automatically syncs with your Toast POS. Any changes you make to your inventory or assortment in Toast will reflect on your Untappd menus instantly, removing the hassle of double-entry.

Enable Untappd for Business Integration With Toast

To enable the Untappd for Business integration with Toast, follow these steps:

 

  1. To enable Untappd for Business with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter Untappd for Business in the search field and select Add Now.
    1. If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Untappd for Business. Finally, select Apply.
    2. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
  4. Once you select Add Now on the Untappd for Business tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your Untappd for Business account, and select Apply
  5. After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen.
  6. After adding the integration in Toast Web, the Untappd for Business team will reach out to you directly to start your account setup and onboarding if you have yet to create your Untappd for Business account.
