Zignyl is a comprehensive workforce management solution, allowing users to forecast, schedule, manage tasks, incentivize employees and summarize payroll. Zignyl connects multiple modules into one platform. Results are far better compared to working with various vendors. Unlike other forecasting and scheduling software, Zignyl forecasts by the hour, which means owners have more opportunities for optimization.


You can now easily integrate Zignyl on Toast Web.


Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to gain access to the Zignyl integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

Integration Setup & Onboarding: Zignyl

  1. To enable Zignyl with Toast, log in to Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter Zignyl in the Search field and select Add Now
    1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to gain access to the Zignyl integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
  4. After adding the integration in Toast Web, you will receive an automated email from Zignyl to begin the onboarding process and schedule a training session.
    1. Toast also recommends you reach out to the vendor/partner after adding a tile to confirm the receipt of your integration request.
