Get Started With the SkyTouch/ChoiceADVANTAGE Integration

The SkyTouch integration enables Toast customers inside hotels to charge meals directly to a hotel guest’s room or folio via a room charge payment.

Enable SkyTouch/ChoiceADVANTAGE Integration With Toast

Note: New and existing SkyTouch/ChoiceADVANTAGE Technology customers who want to activate this integration should contact success@skytouchtechnology.com to ensure the Toast POS interface is configured within the Property Management System.

1. To enable SkyTouch/ChoiceADVANTAGE with Toast, log into  and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter SkyTouch/ChoiceADVANTAGE in the Search field and select Add Now. Note: This Integration requires a Hotel PMS Integration subscription. Please work with your Toast Sales contact to subscribe to the Hotel PMS Integration product.
3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. Note: If you have multiple locations, select which location(s) will use this integration. Once it's finished, you can select Confirmi.
4. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation from Toast confirming that the integration has been added to your restaurant(s).
5. Once the integration has been successfully connected, please contact the Integrations Support team () to request the creation of the “Room Charge” other payment option.
