Using WineView in your Toast system, servers can boost sales and introduce new wines easily—no wasted product or long training needed.

WineView Integration Overview

WineView provides the first-ever POS-integrated wine inventory and program management solution for Toast customers who manage and run food and wine pairings and wine programs. Leveraging Toast’s menus and stock information, WineView allows you to move more products, upsell, and/or seamlessly introduce new wines and create dynamic food and wine pairings, without any product waste or staff training time needed.

Enable the WineView Integration

  1. To enable WineView with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter WineView in the Search field and select Add Now.
    1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the Data Scope Visibility article.
  4. Once complete, a representative from WineView will contact you within 36 hours to complete the onboarding process, or you can visit www.wineview.com/toast to be paired with a representative in your area.

Configure WineView in Toast Web

  1. Once you select Add Now on the WineView tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your WineView account, and select Apply
  2. After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen, showing which data WineView accesses with its integration to Toast.
  3. After adding the integration tile in Toast Web, the WineView Support/Onboarding Team will reach out directly to the customer within 24-48 business hours.
    1. We recommend that you to reach out to the vendor/partner after adding the tile to confirm the receipt of their integration request.
