Get a New RMA Label

What do I do if I lost the return label Toast provided or I need a new one?

1. Visit the Replace RMA Return Label page to apply for a replacement label.
   1. Note: When a return order is first initiated, it may take three to five business days for you to receive your return label(s).
2. Select Continue As Guest.
3. Enter your RMA reference number. This can be found in your RMA confirmation email. 
   
   
   
   
4. Complete the rest of the form and select Process RMA Label to finalize your request.
   1. Note: The Weight and Total Weight fields will auto-populate once you select a product from the dropdown and a quantity.

Your new RMA label will then populate on the screen. A copy of this label will also be sent via email.
