If you're curious to know your verification status at any time, and are still able to log in to Toast Web, feel free to navigate to Toast Web. It's important to note that once you have verified your ID, the first and last name fields here will be read-only, and the only way to update them will be to pass through the re-verification process. This can be found under My account > Personal information, by selecting Update verified identity.
If you are unable to login, but want to check your account verification status, please reach out to Customer Support with the case number that was provided when you submitted your original inquiry.
