How can I send a guest survey to my customers after dining?

Answer

Currently, Toast Tables does not send guest surveys via SMS after dining.

 

However, guests can still leave feedback:

  • Directly on a Toast Go® 2  device when settling payment.
  • Through an emailed receipt (see our Guest Feedback article for details).

 

Note: The guest feedback features mentioned above are not available to customers in Canada, Ireland, and the UK.
