Answer

The fastest way to reach your sales data is the Sales Summary report. In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales summary, or you may select Sales summary from the Quick actions section on the homepage. You can use the date drop-down filter above the report to filter by a specific time-frame such as today, yesterday, this week, this month, or a custom date range.

 

To view sales data, you'll need the 4.1 Sales Reports permission, if you are unable to view the report, see Why can't I access a report in Toast Web?

Filter and export the Sales Summary

Use the More filters option above the report to narrow your results by revenue center, service area, dining option, or hours of the day. To export the report, select the download icon in the top right corner and choose CSV or XLS.

 

Note: The Sales Summary shows data from the past 15 months. For data older than 15 months, contact Customer Care.
