If you don't have access to a report in Toast Web, it's most likely due to your user access permissions. Most permissions related to reports are part of the 4. Restaurant Admin permission set (learn more: Permissions Reference Guide).
To change your account permissions, another user at your restaurant with the appropriate permissions will need to edit your employee account by following the instructions in this Support Center article: Assign User Access Permissions.
You might also try using an incognito window (external link) in Google Chrome. If this works, clear your cache and cookies (see Troubleshoot Web Browsers for Accessing Toast) in your non-incognito browser to resume normal function. This problem can occur with users who do not regularly close their Toast Web tab in Chrome.
