Download the Payroll Export Report in Toast Web

This is the best report for gathering hourly payroll information in Toast Web. It contains total hours, overtime hours, pay rates, sales, tips, gratuity, and more, all broken down by employee. Toast Payroll imports this information automatically, so if you're not a Toast Payroll customer, consider checking out Toast Payroll in the Toast Shop (available to US customers only).

1. In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Labor > Labor summary.
2. At the top, use the date drop-down menu to view the report by Custom Date.
3. In the fields next to Custom Date, enter the start and end dates of your desired pay period and select Update.
4. The labor summary consists of two sections namely Restaurant Summary and Employee Summary. Scroll down to the Employee Summary section and on the right-hand side, select the Excel button below Payroll Export to download a .csv file.
