How do I get specials added to my menu?

Answer

To add specials as items to an existing menu, please follow these steps:

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Menus > Bulk management > Advanced properties.
  2. Then, expand the menu and select the name of the group you'd like to add an item to.
  3. Navigate to the Items section on the group details page.
  4. Select +Add.
  5. Enter the Name and the Price in the text fields.
  6. Save and publish your changes.

If you're a Care agent without the correct access for Enterprise/MLM accounts, you will be unable to save your changes on Advanced Properties for Enterprise accounts or publish any changes.
