To remove a software subscription associated with your Subscriptions page, log in to Toast Web and navigate to Toast account > My products > Subscriptions. If you don't see this page, or the subscription you want to remove, start a live chat with our Customer Support team. Chat is available in Toast Web and Payroll Web (blue support button at the bottom right of every page) and the Support tab in the Toast Now app.
Note: Toast Retail customers have view-only access to the Subscriptions page. Please contact Customer Care to make changes. Those with a Retail module can still self-service changes as outlined here.
You will need the following permissions enabled in order to remove a subscription:
If you have broken devices, navigate to the Subscriptions page, review active subscriptions, and adjust counts based on broken or unused devices. No device return is needed; handheld subscriptions are tied to the total count rather than specific devices.
If you need device replacements, during checkout of these devices in the Toast Shop, select the Replacement option to associate the new serial number with the existing subscription instead of creating a new one.
