Review and Manage Your Toast Subscriptions

You can easily see what products and services you subscribe to from Toast on the Subscriptions page available in Toast Web.

Use the Subscriptions page to easily view details of your various products and modules, including cost, billing periods, and more.

Subscriptions Page Breakdown

You can access the Subscriptions page by navigating in Toast Web in the left-hand menu to Toast account > My Products > Subscriptions, or by simply searching “subscriptions” in the search bar. Users will need the 8.1 Financial Accounts permission to view this page.

  1. Indicates the total cost of subscriptions for the given period.
  2. Indicates the total amount of discounts taken off your cost. The Subtotal this period already accounts for these discounts.
  3. The name of the subscription.
  4. How much this subscription costs per month.
  5. If applicable, the percentage discount you receive off this subscription (if you bundle, have an introductory rate, etc.).

View Subscription Details and Request Cancellation in Toast Web

Select View and manage to see the billing period and cost for a given subscription, as well as the option to request a cancellation. You’ll see this pop-up:

Select Request cancellation to begin the process. Note: Any subscriptions contained in a bundle must be added or removed all at once. Customers cannot cancel only certain parts of a bundled subscription and keep other parts.

Build a Request to Downgrade a Package

You can also build a request to downgrade an existing subscription package (and request cancellations of others, if applicable).
