Factory Reset a Toast Printer

Before you factory reset, try these 3 troubleshooting steps:
 

Unplug both the power cable and the ethernet cable from your printer. Wait 30 seconds. Plug both cables back in and be sure to power your printer on. Retry printing.

 

If the problem is not resolved, follow the steps below to complete a factory reset.
 

1. Power off your Toast printer.
2. Hold the Feed button and power on the printer (while continuing to hold the Feed button).
3. The TP200 Test Form sheet will print. Continue to hold the Feed button until you see the Main Menu receipt print.
4. Let go of the Feed button.
5. Press and hold the Feed button to enter the menu.
6. Press Feed three times, then press and hold a 4th time to enter the configuration menu.
7. Press Feed six times, then press and hold a 7th time to set the default configuration.
8. Press Feed twice, then press and hold a 3rd time to finalize the default configuration. 
9. Power off your Toast printer once more.
10. Select the Feed button, and power on your Toast printer to see if the TP200 Test Form sheet prints. This sheet will confirm your printer has been factory reset.
