Toast Web Device Reports: Locating Device ID

How do I gather the Device ID from Device Reports?

Please follow these steps:

1. Find the Serial Number on Your Toast Device
2. Open Toast Web, for the restaurant you are working with.
3. Navigate to Reports > Devices > Devices.
4. Navigate to the Show/hide columns.
5. Make sure Serial Number and Device ID are checked.
6. Press App Version to organize by App Version, until it shows App Version.
7. Use the find function (command+f for Mac / ctrl+f for Win) to search the Serial Number, and look for the corresponding Device ID. 

Note: If the device has been factory reset recently, it will have multiple Device IDs for the same device. Use the How do I retrieve the device ID from within the Toast app? article to confirm the Device ID on the device.
