Close a Paid Online Order Check

How do I close a paid online ordering check?

1. On your POS, navigate to the main menu of the Toast app and select Payment Terminal from the Mode section
2. Once in the Payment Terminal, select the three-dot overflow menu in the top right corner of the screen, then select Select checks.
3. Select the check you'd like to close. If the Close button is available, select it to close the check. Otherwise, use this article to troubleshoot: Get Help With Checks That Will Not Close on POS.
