Toast bills you on an ongoing basis for all software and module subscriptions. These subscriptions will show up on your invoices as individual line items for each subscription. You may be billed monthly or annually for your software and subscriptions, so please refer back to your contract to view the terms. These invoices can be viewed in emails sent to your business’s financial contact from Toast, or in the billing section of your Toast account dashboard. To ensure timely receipt of invoices, verify that the intended financial contact is listed in the communication settings for each location, and update preferences to receive billing-related emails.
If you’ve removed a subscription, you’ll notice a line item with a negative quantity to offset the existing charge on that invoice. At times, subscriptions may show up on separate invoices and not all be grouped together in one invoice for a single period. For example, if you’ve added additional hardware or modules after your initial purchase, these might be included on a separate invoice. If this is the case, you can add the total due of all invoices from a single month to see what your total monthly fees are.
| When invoices are generated by Toast, they are immediately emailed to you directly. Invoices will take a few hours to appear in Billing & Invoicing in Toast Web. If you do not see the invoice you are looking for in Toast Web, check back later. |
