Learn to access your privacy dashboard and submit an Individual Rights Form for requests from your guests, employees, or other individuals.
Toast recognizes that as part of doing business, our customers may be subject to various data privacy obligations around the world. As part of our commitment to our merchants to give them the tools to be successful, Toast has developed a privacy dashboard to help you comply with your local privacy obligations and streamline those obligations where Toast or personal information processed by Toast is involved.

Within the privacy dashboard is an Individual Rights form. This form enables you to streamline individual rights requests (e.g., deletion, access, correction requests) that require support from Toast as part of your fulfillment obligations.
Please use the Individual Rights form (described below) to submit requests that you receive that need Toast's support to facilitate. Toast will use the provided information to identify the parties at issue, as well as assess and support the request as deemed appropriate by Toast.

To access your privacy dashboard and submit an Individual Rights request, follow these steps:
Once received, we will begin to process the request and assess any Toast obligations associated with the request. Toast’s Privacy Office will process and respond to individual rights requests in line with our privacy obligations under the applicable law (including any required timelines for responding to you).
