I reset all our terminals and adjusted the time zone. Now, all our tickets are printing with the wrong time. How do I fix this?
Follow these troubleshooting steps:
Once you've completed the above steps, all printed tickets should now display the correct time based on your terminal time zone setting.
Note: If you notice the times for your orders and time entries are incorrect (off by a set number of hours), you'll need to contact Customer Care to adjust your restaurant's time zone settings to match the correct time zone for your location.
