If you are unable to access net sales, discounts, and other breakdowns, it may be because you lack the necessary permissions.

• You need the appropriate permissions to view sales data, such as the 4.1 Sales Report permission for sales data and the 4.3 Labor Report permission for labor data.
• To access the Sales Breakdown report, navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales breakdown in Toast Web and select the date range for the report.
